After careful consideration and on the urgent recommendation of our structural engineer, we decided to give the Honigtal Farmland a new look.
The old kitchen has long since done its job and can barely cope with the increasing demand. The inadequate roofing regularly causes wet feet on rainy days in spring and fall and the only toilet in the tavern area is constantly occupied during the high season. This must come to an end, so let's put an end to it!
Our last guests of the 2018 season left today and we are starting demolition work immediately. The entire bar, kitchen and restaurant area will be razed to the ground. However, as much material as possible will be saved so that it can be reused in the new building.
