The biggest project in winter 2022/2023 was the conversion of the Maisonette house. Instead of one residential unit on 2 levels, with a lot of vacancies during the season, we have been able to offer two completely separate residential units since April 2023.
On the first floor there is a 2-room vacation apartment with a large kitchen-living room, sofa bed, fireplace and small terrace, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
On the upper floor there is a separate apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with entrance via an outside staircase.
We also gave the child a new name - House Ελενα (pronounced Elena)
