Haus Maria is located approx. 100 meters from Haus Dimitri. There is also a small garden with a playground in front of the house. In this house you can choose between studio (2 single beds, optionally with extra bed possible, kitchenette), apartment (2 separate bedrooms, optionally with extra bed possible, kitchen, air conditioning) and garden house (detached house with 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, terrace).

The studios have two single beds and can accommodate up to three people (extra bed/baby crib possible). The size is 25m² - 27m².
