Thanks to numerous willing helpers, we took advantage of the beautiful weather over the last few days to harvest and process the olives. And what can we say? The 2018 olive oil is the best we have ever produced.
You can try it next season when you are on vacation at Honigtal Farmland in Corfu. We use it in the salads and dishes on our buffet, but you can also buy it and take it home as a souvenir.
